  • How do I know how much my laundry weighs?

    We have an industry-approved scale we use to weigh the laundry you drop-off. If you want to check the weight at home, you can stand on a scale with and without the laundry and measure the difference. 

  • Do you offer a laundry drop-off service?

    There is a counter in our laundromat where you can drop off your clothes to be washed during attendant hours. We also have a secure drop-off box where you can insert your bags of clothes. Be sure to fill out the form for each page before inserting the bag into the box. Contact us at (213) 317-5101 to check attendant hours. Your clothes will be ready to pick up the next day. 

  • Can I still pay with coins?

    Yes. We have select  washers and dryers that accept coins.

  • What amount of clothes can I wash in the washing machines?

    We have a range of washing machines for your convenience: 8 load washers, 6 load washers, 4 load washers, 3 load washers, 2 load washers and 1 load washers (top loaders).

  • What kind of detergent do you use?

    We use a variety of scented and unscented detergents. If you would like us to use your soap, please bring your detergent so that we can use it.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Credit cards, debit cards, phone contactless payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, the DexterPay phone app, and coins.

  • Why is there a $15 charge after I used my debit card?

    If you use a debit card, your bank places a $15 hold on the card.  If you spend less than $15 (for example, you spend $7), then your bank will release the remainder (the $8) in a few hours or a few days, depending on your bank.
